Dry and rough skin will make you look older than you really are, so it is important to maintain your skin hydrated, to continue enjoying a smooth and radiant complexion at any age.
You must give your skin its proper care. Although there are specific cosmetics for each area of the body, you can use on your neck the same creams and products that you use for the face. It is also important to take care of your skin from the inside. Drink plenty of water and have a diet rich in foods containing vitamin C and antioxidants.
Bad habits like excessive exposure to the sun without protection, and not using the right products for your age, will cause premature aging of the skin. We give plenty of attention to the face, but the neck and chest areas are forgotten in our beauty routines. We must remember that these areas are the first thing other people see. These are deteriorated by genetic factors, but also by the passage of time, causing us to look older than our years. The neck area requires even more care than the face because it is more delicate. These are the areas of the body that suffer most when we sunbathe. To avoid the appearance of age spots, freckles and more serious injuries, such as melanomas, is advisable to apply a high protection sunscreen whenever you are going to be exposed to the sun.

Face Masks for all types of skin 
 
Quick 5 minute masks: 
 
1. Normal Skin: honey, egg white, and a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix and apply on the face 
     for 5 minutes. 
 
2. Greasy Skin: mix sage, milk and lemon juice. Apply on your face. 
 
3. Oily Skin: Mix fresh cucumber, yogurt and saffron powder. Apply for 5 minutes. 
 
4. Dry Skin: Mix avocado pulp, add honey and lemon. Apply on the face for 5 minutes. 
 
Hydrating and nutritious mask: 
• Mince a ripe banana and add a few drops of lemon juice. Apply on the skin. Remove after 20 minutes
   with warm water. 
 
Mask to open the pores: 
• Make a paste by mixing cornmeal, tomato pulp and lemon juice. Apply on your face for 15 minutes. You
   can also use cucumber, green apple or corn with wheat seed. 
 
Moisturizing mask: 
• Pineapple and almond mask: 
   Put 50 grams of pineapple and 20 grams of almonds in a blender and make a cream. Apply on the face 
   for 20 minutes. Remove with orange blossom water. 
 
Masks for dry skin: 
 
1. Egg white mask: 
    Add a teaspoon of vinegar and one of olive oil to one egg white, and whisk quickly. Apply on your face 
    for 20 minutes. 
 
2. Yeast based mask: 
     It clarifies the skin and it reduces the size of your pores. Mix one teaspoon of yeast and an egg yolk with 
     Olive oil. Apply on the face with a cotton swab and leave for about 20 minutes. Remove with a cotton 
     soaked in warm water. 
 
3. Fresh fruit mask: 
     Mix yogurt and bananas. Apply on the face for 15 minutes. Remove it with cold water. 
 
Softening and invigorating mask: 
• Apple mask: 
   Grate a piece of apple and apply it on your face for 10 minutes. 
 
Refreshing mask: 
• Cucumber mask: 
   Place cucumber slices on your face. You can mix the slices with rose water, cucumber pulp or half
   a teaspoon of crushed olives. 
 
Masks to prevent wrinkles: 
1. Carrot mask: 
     Make some carrot juice and apply on the skin, this will help clarify the skin. You can also use equal parts
     of olive oil and carrot juice. This will help prevent wrinkles and help tanning. 
 
2. To combat wrinkles: 
     Make a paste with mashed bananas and coconut oil. Apply on the face for half an hour and remove it 
     with warm water. 
 
Cleaning Mask: 
• Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice and add twice as much honey. Apply on the skin for 3 minutes and
   remove with warm water. 
 
Mask for radiant skin: 
• Revitalizing Mask: 
   Apply sesame seed oil massage on your face. Put on a hot towel on your face. Do not open your eyes. 
   Remove with an infusion of rosemary after 20 minutes. 
 
Face Masks to remove sun spots: 
  1. carrots Mask: 
       Boil carrots until tender and make a paste. Apply it on your face for 20 minutes. Remove it
       with warm water. 
 
  2. Water Cress Mask: 
       To a teaspoon of honey add 100 grams of liquefied watercress. Apply for 20 minutes 
       on the affected area.
