To keep it clean, it is convenient to use the same products that are used for cleaning glass, and mirrors. Products containing silicones may also be used.
To remove rust stains from stainless steel utensils, rub the metal with benzene for lighters.
To maintain the gloss of stainless steel you can prepare a paste with ash and olive oil. Rub the object vigorously with this paste and then polish with a wool or flannel cloth.
Another recipe that works, is to rub this metal with the shells of lemons already squeezed.
